... can anyone guess what they are looking at?!?! YES, it's OUR house [almost]!
It all happened very quickly [we viewed the house Sunday, made an offer Sunday, agreed to a price on Monday] so we are still taking it all in. We haven't closed yet obviously, but the seller's accepted our offer, so fingers crossed everything else goes smoothly.
In the meantime, I have already been furniture shopping!
It is located in Maple Grove, right by the Shoppes at Arbor Lakes, so it is perfect location not only for Justin and work, but for access to shopping, dining, entertainment, grocery, etc. etc.
We are thrilled...I'll keep you posted!
