This weekend is the FIRST weekend that Justin and I have been home, without company since we moved into our new apartment in MARCH! Crazy! While we've loved all the company and miss them all, we were both looking forward to a relaxing weekend in our new place just the two of us. [this will only last a weekend and we'll be bored, trust me!]
So, what's on the agenda? Well, last night we had lasagna and then headed over to Green Valley Ranch, an outdoor shopping area [and casino, obviously] to walk around and enjoy some live music they had outside. The best part: Emma Joy got to come along, and she was in heaven!
Today, we are going to finish a classic movie we started watching last night, 'The War' with Kevin Costner and a very young Elijah Wood [if you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it!], probably lay out in the sun for awihle, it's gorgeous here already, and then head down to the strip to go to the Titanic Exhibit at the Luxor! I've been dying to see this since it was in MN a year/two ago, so I'm finally getting there!
And finally, Sunday, we are planning on trying Krispy Kremes [to determine once and for all who is right - me, who likes regular cake donuts better, or Justin, who loves Krispy Kreme], head to church, and MAYBE, maybe, go golfing, if Justin's lucky.
