I love the idea of old things: books, newspapers, letters, etc. and there's always that strange feeling you get when you read or see something from years ago. Going through my grandparents' things was always so neat. Seeing old newspaper clippings, tattered and worn, from 1914; or holding journals that were overseas during a war... It's so fascinating to me.
So, I thought I'd do a random Google search of old love letters, just for fun - to see what kinds of things came up. There were hundreds, of course, but the image results were most neat [of course, I AM a picture person]. These were some of my favorites:

NY, 1912. 2 years before my Grandpa was born.It's just so crazy to imagine what they were thinking, who they were, where they were, and how different the times were. Gives me {chills}!
...Even the paper was cooler.
